MOBILITY SCOOTER COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility: Competition is open to legal
residents of eligible delivery areas who are 18 years or older
and have a genuine need for mobility assistance.
2. Prize: Winner will receive one (1) brand
new 2-wheeler mobility scooter. Prize is non-transferable and
has no cash value.
3. Delivery: The mobility scooter will be
delivered to the winner's address free of charge within 4-6
weeks of winning notification.
4. Judging: Entries will be judged based on
genuine need, impact on quality of life, and eligibility
criteria.
5. Winner Selection: Winner will be selected
by a panel of judges and notified within 30 days of
competition closing.
6. Verification: Winner may be required to
provide medical documentation or proof of mobility need.
7. Liability: Winner is responsible for safe
operation of the mobility scooter. Basic training may be
provided.
8. Maintenance: Winner is responsible for
ongoing maintenance and care of the mobility scooter.
9. Privacy: Personal information collected
will be used solely for competition administration and winner
notification.
10. Disqualification: False information or
misrepresentation of mobility needs will result in
disqualification.
11. Modification: The organizer reserves the
right to modify these terms at any time.
12. Governing Law: This competition is
governed by the laws of the organizer's jurisdiction.
